Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Contract to Hire Credit Coordinator for our client in the St.Louis Metro Area. This role is 100% onsite and offers pay ranging from $21-$23 per hour, depending on experience.

Duties:
- Process and review credit applications for new and existing customers, including customer account setup, file maintenance, and accurate recordkeeping.
- Research customer creditworthiness using CreditSafe, financial resources, trade references, and bank information to support credit decisions.
- Establish and maintain customer credit limits in partnership with the VP of Credit while ensuring compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for sales partners, management, customers, and references regarding credit approvals, account updates, and credit-related inquiries.
- Maintain tracking logs, document customer account activity, and update account information including contact details, billing preferences, and account consolidations.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Credit Department by handling order approval requests, researching account changes, and completing additional projects as assigned.
