Beacon Hill Financial is looking for a contract to hire Payroll Associate for our client located in the St.Louis Metro Area. The role is paying between $28-$30/hr and is 100% onsite. What to expect in this role on a given day:
- Process weekly, multi-state payroll using UKG, including payroll for employees working across multiple states and job sites
- Handle union payroll, including managing multiple union agreements
- Complete and submit Certified Payroll Reports (CPP)
- Support payroll for a workforce that frequently travels across state lines for project-based work
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and union payroll requirements
- Partner with internal teams to improve and formalize payroll processes as the role evolves
