Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Contract-to-Hire Billing/Service Specialist for our client in the St. Louis Metro Area. This role is 100% onsite and offers pay ranging from $26-$28 per hour, depending on experience.

Duties:
- Process high-volume time & material (T&M) and contract billings accurately and timely.
- Manage billing deadlines, invoice submissions, and customer-specific online billing portals.
- Reconcile invoices and billing records to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract requirements.
- Set up and maintain jobs, contracts, billing rate tables, and markup schedules within the billing system.
- Review, distribute, and maintain monthly reports, service aging reports, and related documentation.
- Process lien waivers, service billings, and other accounts receivable support activities.
Qualifications:
- Experience processing large-dollar-volume invoices and managing multiple billings simultaneously.
- Construction industry experience strongly preferred, including exposure to T&M billing, contracts, and lien waivers.
- Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate (Timberline) experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
