Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Contract to hire Senior Financial Analyst for our client in the Burnsville, MN area. This role is 100% onsite and offers pay ranging from $38-$44 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze cash flow data from multiple funding sources and develop forecasting models.
- Monitor project financial performance, budgets, actual costs, and labor reporting.
- Prepare and maintain project summaries, financial reports, and status updates.
- Partner with Program Management, Engineering, Contracts, Operations, and Business Development teams to develop accurate cost estimates and pricing strategies.
- Support pricing and financial analysis for new business opportunities, contract modifications, task orders, and proposal submissions.
- Develop and analyze labor rates, staffing plans, indirect rates, and forward pricing assumptions.
- Conduct profitability, scenario, and price sensitivity analyses.
- Ensure proposal pricing aligns with accounting practices, historical financial data, and applicable cost principles.
- Assist with audit support, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting experience.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience supporting cost proposals, pricing analysis, or complex project finance initiatives is highly preferred.
