Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Contract to Hire Billling Specialist for our client in the St.Louis Metro Area. This role is 100% onsite and offers pay ranging from $25-$27 per hour, depending on experience.

Duties
- Process T&M and contract billings, including submitting invoices and hours through multiple online systems, and performing invoice reconciliations
- Maintain billing schedules, deadlines, and customer requirements, while ensuring accuracy across all billing activities
- Set up and manage jobs, contracts, billing rate tables, markup tables, and work order files
- Generate, review, and distribute monthly reports and maintain service aging reports
- Handle service-related billing, including weekly billings and invoice submissions
- Support compliance and administrative functions such as processing lien waivers, submitting diversity payments, and maintaining organized paper and electronic files
- Assist with general administrative duties and additional tasks as needed
You will be a good fit for this position if you have:
- Experience with Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate (Timberline) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and comfort working with numbers
- Solid organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
