Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Contract Export Clerk for our client in the Plant City, FL Area. This role is 100% onsite and offers pay ranging from $20-$22 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Process international customer orders and build weekly distribution center (DC) schedules
- Coordinate food bank and wholesale orders, including selection and delivery scheduling
- Schedule delivery appointments and manage order releases in alignment with the management team
- Create and send proforma invoices for international customers
Export & Compliance
- Inspect international orders and prepare required meat and dairy export certificates
- Coordinate USDA inspections to meet shipping timelines
- Identify new inspectable items and ensure proper system setup (Triceps)
- Ship original export documentation via UPS/DHL to customers
Logistics & Coordination
- Coordinate container staging with DC and yard personnel
- Communicate with international customers to maximize container capacity
- Schedule container pickups, confirm container numbers, and manage timelines
- Check drivers in/out for international container activity
Documentation & Systems
- Process and depart all loads (food bank, wholesale, international) in Triceps
- Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and send all shipping documentation to customers
- Track and report weekly container loading charges
- Maintain accurate filing and organization of all shipment paperwork
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and best practices
