Beacon Hill Financial is looking for a contract Billing Speicalist for our client located in the St. Charles county area. The role is paying between $24-$28/hr and is 100% onsite. What to expect in this role on a given day:
- Analyze, review, and enter credits into Odessa and verify the information in Odessa is correct according to the contract and equipment schedule
- Setup new account information in billing system
- Contact new customers and answer any questions they may have
- Reconcile A/R accounts to GL
- Update customer accounts with new billing information and generate misc. non-rental invoices, research, and respond to billing questions
- Participate in system upgrade testing and any other misc. A/R duties
You will be a good fit for this position if you have:

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Must be dependable and detail-oriented
