Senior HR Manager
Location: Hybrid (4 days/week onsite in Boston)
A client of ours in the professional services space is looking to hire a Senior HR Manager who is well versed in benefits, compensation, HR policies & procedures, employee relations, compliance, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations, including benefits administration, payroll, reporting, and policies & procedures
- Provide support to company leadership, including guidance on complex employee relations issues
- Support annual compensation planning process
- Annual and ad-hoc reporting leveraging HRIS and other internal tools
- Work collaboratively with the HR team on company-wide initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of well-rounded experience in human resources, including depth in employee relations
- Experience working in a professional services environment strongly preferred
- Management experience preferred
- Systems savvy with experience working in HRIS and Microsoft Office suite
