Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Hybrid (Onsite 2 days/week)
Our client, a consulting firm in Boston, is looking to bring on a Recruiting Coordinator to support campus recruiting and hiring for internal core services roles.
Responsibilities:
- Support campus recruiting cycle via campus presentations, facilitating the resume review process, interview scheduling, feedback gathering, and developing relationships with career services.
- Maintain data related to recruitment activity and produce year-end reporting.
- Support core services hiring by utilizing sourcing tools to increase applicant pools, reviewing resumes and conducting phone screens, interview scheduling, and developing relationships with recruiting firms.
- Collaborate with internal teams on recruiting marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 2+ years of recruiting experience required
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
