Recruiter
Location: Onsite 4-5 days/week in Boston
Our client, a higher education consulting firm, is looking to bring on a motivated recruiter to hire counselors & managers for their team. They are looking for someone who is passionate about higher education & ideally has campus recruitment experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with universities and colleges to attract top-tier talent
- Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies that align with the organization’s goals
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: Handle job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation
- Organize and participate in career fairs, campus presentations, info sessions, and other recruitment events, both in-person and remotely
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified talent
- Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics on a regular basis to assess the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, with a focus on campus recruiting preferred
- Demonstrated passion for higher education
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, university administrators, and team members
- A strong drive to meet targets and goals in a fast-paced environment
