Sr. Manager, Human Resources
Location: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)
Our client in the telecommunications space north of Boston is looking to bring on a Sr. Manager, Human Resources, to serve as a strategic business partner to company leadership and support employees at all levels. This role will focus on identifying strategic ways to engage, develop, and retain employees.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with company leadership on organizational change initiatives
- Provide valuable coaching to managers around performance management & employee relations issues
- Facilitate the talent management review process, ensuring management has the support and resources needed
- Identify opportunities for development for the groups you support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of progress HR experience spanning employee relations, performance management, compliance, talent management, change management, compensation & talent acquisition
- Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and organizational skills
