Contract Learning & Development Coordinator
Location: Hybrid in Cambridge, MA (onsite 2-3 days/week)
Our client, a lifesciences company in Cambridge, MA, is looking to hire a Learning & Development Coordinator to support their HR funtions, focusing on L&D.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the logistics for in person and virtual training events for the L&D team, including organizing AV/IT needs, session materials, catering, and maintaining training resources
- Manage L&D calendar, send invites for trainings, and help prepare promotional materials for upcoming events
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS), including training records and reporting
- Assist with building content and materials for internally led trainings
- Provide other HR team support as needed
Qualifications:
- BS in Business Administration, HR, or related field
- 2+ years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to L&D
- Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and HRIS (SuccessFactors) a plus
