Contract HRIS Analyst
Location: Hybrid (onsite 3 days/week near Foxborough, MA)
Our client is looking to hire a Contract HRIS Analyst to assess the company’s current HRIS system (UKG) and make changes to fit business needs. This position will play an important role on the HR team helping streamline processes through effective use of the system. They are looking for a candidate who is strong in system implementation, project management, auditing, reporting, and more.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with HRIS administration & analysis, with a focus on UKG
- Strong proficiency in reporting and HRIS configuration
- Experience leading HRIS projects, implementations, and upgrades
