Attorney Development Manager
Location: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite in Boston)
An established legal client of ours is looking to hire an Attorney Development Manager to support their Boston-based team. The core responsibilities of this highly collaborative role include:
- Manage new attorney onboarding, in close partnership with other departments
- Run all aspects of the company’s mentoring program
- Organize quarterly trainings and office-wide engagement events
- Support the staff evaluation process including reviewing feedback and meeting with colleagues to assess performance
- Partnering with the HR and Recruiting teams on a variety of employee-focused initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience working in HR
- Specific attorney development experience preferred
- Strong communication, project management & analytical skills
