HR Director
Location: Hybrid in Boston (Onsite 4 days/week)
A growing technology start-up is looking to hire their first HR Director who will be both a strategic & hands-on leader. This role will be responsible for strategic planning, fostering organizational culture, rewards & recognition, building out a performance management process, recruitment strategy, total rewards, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for employees
- Develop and implement a performance review process
- Own employee rewards & recognition programs
- Maintain HRIS database and support the HR side of the payroll process
- Analyze benefit offerings for marketplace competition
- Plan employee engagement events
Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of prior HR leadership experience, including in a start-up environment
- Experience working for a tech company strongly preferred
- Proven experience partnering effectively with C-suite and senior leadership
