Professional Development Manager
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days/week onsite in Boston)
A great client of ours in the professional services space is looking to hire a Professional Development Manager. As part of the Professional Development team, this role will be responsible for:
- Partnering with firm leadership to assess learning needs
- Leading the development of learning programs and platforms that will help develop and retain top talent
- Support the staff review process including coordinating meetings, providing documentation, compiling and analyzing data trends, and providing necessary coaching and follow up
- Collaborating with the HR and Recruiting teams on a variety of employee-focused initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience working in the professional development space
- Systems savvy with significant experience working in LMS, HRIS, and Microsoft Office suite
