Sr. Manager, Compensation
Location: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite in Quincy, MA)
Our client, a publicly traded company in Quincy, MA, is looking to hire a Senior Manager of Compensation to run their compensation program as well as HR analytics, and partner with the broader HR team. This role is both hands-on and strategic, and they’re seeking a candidate who is excited about the blend of both types of work.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer the annual merit, bonus, and equity process
- Perform competitive market pay research, analysis, and job classifications
- Manage compensation surveys, as well as equity and short incentive programs
- Provide compensation guidance to internal managers as well as the HR team
- Develop meaningful HR analytics to enhance the company’s talent strategy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of experience managing compensation programs
- Experience managing compensation for a publicly traded company
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and Excel
