Contract Compensation Analyst
Location: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite in Boston)
Our client in the telecommunications space in Boston is conducting a search for a Compensation Analyst for a 1-year contract. The ideal candidate will have some direct compensation experience with strong analytical and Excel skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct job evaluations for new and existing positions to determine market compensation level, internal equity, eligibility for incentive plans, and more
- Utilize best practices to support the development of base, variable, and long-term incentive programs that both support and align with business goals
- Work with global HR teams to standardize compensation processes and ensure consistency both globally and locally
- Create market data reporting for HRBPs and internal managers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience in a data analytics-focused role
- Strong Excel experience required
- Direct compensation/human resources experience preferred, ideally with Oracle and Payfactors
