Compensation Analyst
Location: Hybrid in Boston (onsite 3 days/week)
A leading, Boston-based client of ours in the consulting space is looking to hire a Compensation Analyst to join their team and support the midyear and annual compensation process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct job analysis and evaluation of positions at all levels to remain competitive with the market
- Perform complex data modeling and analysis in Excel to support business decision-making
- Partner with colleagues in HR and finance around compensation policies, budgeting, bonus accruals, and more
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years of experience in compensation, HR, finance, or analytics
- Ability to maintain, manipulate and analyze large, complex datasets in Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical analysis to a non-technical audience
