Senior HRIS Analyst
Location: Hybrid in Boston (onsite 2-3 days/week)
Our client, a Boston-based consulting firm, is looking to hire a Senior HRIS Analyst with strong experience in Workday. This role will be responsible for managing the company’s HR technology systems and will work closely with cross-functional teams to support HR system enhancements, testing, issue resolution, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and technical support of HR applications, including security access, maintenance, administration, and systems integrity of HR systems.
- Configure Workday modules to meet business needs, including Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, Absence Management, and more.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5+ years of experience working with Workday HRIS, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead analyst role
- Experience with system configuration, reporting, and data analysis in Workday
