Senior TA Specialist
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (Onsite 3 days/week)
Our client, a law firm in Boston, MA, is looking to hire a Senior TA Specialist to join their growing recruiting team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruiting process for a wide range of corporate roles from beginning to end
- Own candidate communication throughout the process to ensure a high-quality experience
- Serve as a resource to hiring managers and the HR team around market trends, candidate expectations, and more
- Oversee background checks, new hire paperwork & ATS updates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
- Proven success managing multiple openings at one time
- Previous experience working in a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service, follow-up, and attention to detail
