HR Manager
Location: Onsite in Westwood, MA (5 days/week)
A client in Westwood, MA, is looking to hire an HR Manager who is well versed in HR policies & procedures, leaves of absence (LOA), employee relations, investigations, compliance, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Manage HR policies & procedures
- Oversee LOA cases, including FMLA and PFML
- Handle unemployment and Worker’s Compensation claims
- Support employee onboarding and training
- Work collaboratively with the HR/TA team and company leadership
Requirements:
- 3+ years of direct HR experience
- Significant experience managing LOA cases
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Systems savvy with experience working in HRIS and Microsoft Office suite
