HR Operations Analyst (Workday)
Location: Hybrid in Beverly, MA (onsite 3 days/week)
Our client in the education space is looking to hire an HR Operations Analyst with a few years of Workday experience. This role will be in charge of managing and improving the Workday platform across the various HR modules.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Workday HCM platform, including maintenance, administration, and user support
- Configure Workday modules to meet business needs, including HR, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, and more
- Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions in collaboration with IT
- Support recruiting and onboarding system processes to ensure a positive new hire experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of experience working with Workday HCM
- Experience with system implementations, upgrades, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills
