Senior Recruiter
Location: Onsite 5 days/week in Boston, MA
A professional services client is looking to hire a Senior Recruiter to manage full lifecycle recruiting from kick-off meetings to offer acceptance. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, working closely with leadership, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the interview process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for a wide variety of roles
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies to find and hire qualified candidates through various channels
- Provide consistent updates to applicants throughout the interview process to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience
- Build and maintain a pipeline of strong talent for frequently targeted skillsets
- Represent the company at networking and industry events & champion initiatives to enhance employer brand
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including managing a wide variety of requisitions independently at one time
- Professional services recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Workday experience strongly preferred
