Learning & Development Manager
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 3 days/week)
Our client, a professional services firm headquartered in Boston, is conducting a search for a Learning & Development Manager. This individual will be responsible for creating learning & development programs to meet business goals. This includes identifying content gaps, designing programs to meet these needs, partnering with facilitators, managing event logistics, and assessing program effectiveness. The Learning & Development Manager will consult with senior managers across the organization on specific needs, leverage internal & external resources to design & deliver programming, and communicate results & recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of progressive experience in learning & development
- Professional services experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with a Learning Management System
- Excellent communication skills, and proven ability to engage audiences in learning topics & to respond to audience needs
- Strong project management skills
