HR Manager
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (4 days/week onsite)
A client in the financial services space is looking to hire an HR Manager who is well versed in recruitment, onboarding, benefits, HR policies & procedures, performance management, compliance, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle recruitment for open positions, including serving as a liaison with managers on hiring needs, managing agency relationships, communicating with candidates throughout the process, extending offers, and onboarding new hires
- Manage HR operations, including policies & procedures and lifecycle transactions
- Serve as a resource and guide to managers around employee relations issues, retention strategies, and more
- Oversee the firmwide performance management process
- Annual and ad-hoc reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of well-rounded experience in human resources
- Financial services industry experience strongly preferred
- Experience working in a small company environment preferred
