Contract HR Business Partner
Location: Hybrid in Boston (Onsite 3-4 days/week)
A client in the healthcare space is looking to bring on a Contract HR Business Partner for a 3-6-month assignment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working as an HR business partner supporting both exempt and non-exempt employees.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for managers and employees on employee relations issues, offering guidance and support on conflict resolution and disciplinary matters
- Support the performance management process, including coaching managers on how to have performance-related conversations
- Support new hire onboarding and employee lifecycle events (promotions, transfers, etc.) with strong attention to detail and care
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working as an HRBP
- Prior experience working with both exempt and non-exempt employees
- Experience working in healthcare strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust with employees and leadership at all levels
