HR Coordinator
 Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (3 days/week onsite)
Our client, a successful financial services firm, is conducting a search for a highly analytical HR Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for supporting the performance review process through companywide communications, review preparation, people analytics, reporting, and more. The ideal candidate will also have experience with record management, testing, procedure documenation, and reporting in an HRIS.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant HR experience, including data management, reporting, and HRIS administration
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and meet competing deadlines
- Knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.
- Experience working in a professional services environment strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
