Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 3 days/week)
Our client, a law firm in Boston, is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator with prior direct experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to support the TA team, while also helping recruit and screen candidates for open positions.
Responsibilities
- Support the recruiting process from beginning to end with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Post job openings, review incoming resumes, and conduct phone interviews for assigned roles
- Schedule phone, virtual, and in-person interviews with candidates
- Communicate proactively with candidates, managers, and HRBPs throughout the hiring process
- Prepare hiring paperwork and information packets
- Handle new employee orientation
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years’ proven work experience as a recruiting coordinator or recruiter
- Professional services industry experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
