Contract HR Business Partner
Location: Hybrid in Cambridge, MA (Onsite 1-2 days/week)
A biotech client in Cambridge, MA, is looking to bring on a Contract HRBP for a 9-month assignment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working as an HRBP, ideally within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR solutions support and consultation to leadership and their teams
- Serve as a point of contact for managers on performance management, learning & development needs, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters
- Provide coaching and advice to managers and employees
- Manage employee relations issues in compliance with both company policies and state & federal employment law
- Partner with management to build morale and increase employee engagement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ years of progressive experience working as an HRBP
- Life sciences and manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust with employees and leadership at all levels
