HR Director
Location: Onsite in Westwood, MA (5 days/week)
A manufacturing client is looking to hire an HR Director who can lead and manage HR policies & procedures, employee relations, recruiting and onboarding for exempt & non-exempt staff, compliance, benefits administration, and more.
Some responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement HR policies & procedures
- Lead recruiting strategy to ensure company is fully staffed & employees are retained
- Provide coaching to managers around employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed
- Assess current training offerings and implement new training programs as needed
- Establish strong relationships with company leadership & managers
- Manage benefits administration, including open enrollment
Requirements:
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including working with exempt & non-exempt employees
- Experience working in a small company environment strongly preferred
- Management experience preferred
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
