Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Hybrid in Burlington, MA (onsite 4 days/week)
Our client, a growing biotech in Burlington, MA, is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment for the organization. This includes managing, implementing & enhancing all stages of the full life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer extension, and onboarding. This role will also be responsible for recruiting strategy, process improvement, and employer branding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience
- Life sciences/biotech recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Proven leadership and management abilities
- Strong communication and process management skills
