HR Director
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 3 days/week)
An investment firm client is seeking a talented HR Director to support performance management, professional development, training, and recruiting, in collaboration with the broader HR team.
Responsibilities:
- In partnership with HRBPs, oversee semi-annual performance review processes and related compensation cycles
- Manage full cycle recruitment for junior and mid-level openings, including building and managing pipelines, partnering with agencies, leading debriefs, offer generation, onboarding & more
- Oversee the analyst and associate programs, including conducting regular check-ins and serving as a liaison with managers on hiring needs, as well as managing the long-term planning process, talent strategy, and onboarding of new hires
- Support learning & development initiatives, including organizing onboarding as well as ongoing workshops, identifying facilitators, and managing logistics
- Support culture and team-buildling initiatives to strengthen the employee experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 10+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment
- Professional services experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead successful projects independently
- Passionate people person & dedicated team player
