HR Manager
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 3 days/week)
Our client, a Boston-based investment firm, is looking to hire an HR Manager to support performance management, professional development, recruiting, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruitment for junior and mid-level openings, including building and managing pipelines, partnering with agencies, leading debriefs, offer generation, onboarding & more.
- Oversee the analyst and associate programs, including conducting regular check-ins and serving as a liaison with managers on hiring needs, as well as managing the long-term planning process, talent strategy, and onboarding of new hires.
- In partnership with the team, support the summer internship program including training, staffing, performance reviews, and final offer process.
- Support learning & development initiatives, including organizing onboarding as well as ongoing workshops, identifying facilitators, and managing training logistics.
- In partnership with HRBPs, oversee semi-annual performance review processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 7+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment
- Professional services experience strongly preferred
- Passionate people person & dedicated team player
