HR Business Partner
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (Onsite 3 days/week)
A professional services client in Boston, MA, is looking to hire an HR Business Partner to join their team. This role will serve as an advisor to the business, with a focus on employee relations and coaching, as well as providing strategic HR support.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an HR thought partner to company leadership, leveraging data to make informed decisions
- Partner with managers on coaching, counseling, and managing employee relations issues/investigations
- Lead talent management and succession planning efforts with company leadership
- Oversee annual performance review process, including promotions & addressing any performance issues
- In collaboration with the broader HR team, help develop programming that supports employee engagement, belonging, retention and a positive workplace culture
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3+ years working in an HRBP capacity
- Significant experience managing employee relations issues independently
- Proven project management, communication, and analytical skills
