Senior Compensation Analyst
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 3 days/week)
A Boston-based professional services organization is looking to hire a Senior Compensation Analyst to join their HR team to support annual compensation program administration, benchmarking, modeling, data analysis, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct job analysis and evaluation of positions at all levels to remain competitive with the market
- Support mid-year and year-end compensation cycles
- Design and distribute reports as needed for company-wide use
- Perform data modeling and analysis to support business decision-making
- Partner with colleagues in HR and finance around compensation policies, budgeting, bonus accruals, and more
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in compensation administration
- Professional services experience preferred
- Ability to maintain, manipulate and analyze large, complex datasets in Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
