Recruiter
Location: Hybrid in Cambridge, MA (onsite 3-4 days/week)
A financial services client in Cambridge, MA, is looking to bring on a motivated recruiter to support full-cycle hiring for internship, entry-level, and corporate roles. The ideal candidate will be customer service-oriented, organized, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: Handle job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates from a variety of sources, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified talent
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and agency contacts
- Own the onboarding and offboarding process for employees
- Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics on a regular basis to assess the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field
- Proven ability to multitask and improve processes with a strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
