Contract Biotech Recruiter
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 1 day/week)
Our client, a global biopharmaceutical company in Boston, MA, is looking for a Contract Biotech Recruiter for a 6-month contract-to-hire role. This individual will manage full life cycle recruiting for scientific and technical roles, while working consultatively with hiring teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, provide guidance on recruitment strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide recommendations on compensation and benefits offerings to ensure market competitiveness.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, with at least 5+ years in the Biotech/Pharma or Life Sciences space
- Global experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to proactively source for hard-to-fill positions
- Effective partner to hiring managers and senior leadership
- Strong communication skills and commitment to a positive candidate experience
