Contract Senior Compensation Analyst
Location: Hybrid in Boston (3 days/week onsite)
A financial services client in Boston is conducting a search for a Contract Senior Compensation Analyst for a 6-month assignment. The ideal candidate will have significant compensation experience, including leading the annual year-end pay cycle, managing compensation planning tools, overseeing the benchmarking process, collaborating with HR leadership, and ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead annual compensation programs, including salary, bonus, and incentive pay reviews, ensuring alignment with performance management cycles and company compensation philosophy.
- Manage compensation planning, benchmarking, and market analysis to support competitive, equitable, and budget-aligned pay practices.
- Partner with HR and business leadership on offer development, headcount planning, pay transparency compliance, and compensation-related decision making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of direct compensation experience
- Experience working in financial services strongly preferred
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
