Contract Benefits Specialist
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 3 days/week)
A nonprofit client is looking to hire a Contract Benefits Specialist for a 6-12-month assignment to support benefits administration, enrollment, audits, leave of absence processing, and new hire orientation. This individual will work collaboratively with the HR team and directly with employees to process life status changes, support open enrollment, answer questions, and more.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of direct benefits administration experience
- Experience working in an HRIS
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer service-oriented approach to work
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
