HR Director
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 4 days/week)
A nonprofit client in Boston, MA, is looking to hire an HR Director who can take on a blended strategic & hands-on role leading the function and managing their HR team. They are seeking a candidate with well-rounded experience in HR, including significant experience with HR policies & procedures, compliance, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, learning & development, recruiting and more.
Some responsibilities include:
- Review, create, and implement HR policies & procedures
- Oversee HR operations, compliance, and talent acquisition strategy organization-wide
- Provide coaching to managers around employee relations and perfromance management
- Manage & develop a small HR team
- Establish strong relationships across the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of progressive and well-rounded HR experience
- Experience in nonprofit or academia strongly preferred
- Management experience preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
