Legal Recruitment Manager
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (Onsite 4 days/week)
Our client, a highly successful law firm in Boston, is seeking a Legal Recruitment Manager to own lateral hiring. This individual will be responsible for independently managing searches, while working collaboratively across the organization to successfully onboard new hires.
Responsibilities:
- Lead attorney talent acquisition efforts from initial sourcing through offer acceptance and integration, ensuring an efficient and high-quality candidate experience.
- Analyze recruiting activity, maintain hiring data, and provide insights on source effectiveness, market trends, and external search partner investments.
- Collaborate with firm leadership and key stakeholders to identify talent needs, develop recruiting strategies, and secure exceptional legal professionals.
- Build and nurture candidate pipelines through proactive market research, talent mapping, direct outreach, and partnerships with external recruiting vendors when appropriate.
- Oversee the transition of new hires into the organization by coordinating onboarding, orientation, due diligence requirements, and cross-functional support to promote long-term success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in a law firm environment
- Proven ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Hands on experience with an ATS
- Strong communication and presentation skills
