Human Resources Representative
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (Onsite 3 days/week)
Beacon Hill Solutions Group, LLC is seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional to join our Human Resources team in an administrative support role. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, manages multiple priorities effectively, and is comfortable interacting with internal employees and temporary staff across the country.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Respond to inquiries through shared HR inboxes.
- Maintain electronic personnel files, scan documents, and ensure proper document management.
- Assist with updates to employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor Form I-9 completion and other onboarding requirements to ensure compliance.
- Open and distribute incoming mail for HR, Payroll, and Accounting teams.
- Maintain required labor law compliance posters for all office locations.
- Coordinate Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) communications and follow-up efforts.
- Assist with workers’ compensation claims, affirmative action reporting, and unemployment processes.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Creation and posting of HR Monthly Newsletters to Intranet.
- Support HR projects and perform other duties as assigned.
BASIC REQUIRED & PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in Human Resources, administrative support, or a related field.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
