HR Business Partner
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 2-3x/week)
A fast-growing startup client in Boston, MA, is looking to hire an HR Business Partner who has a blended HRBP & Generalist skillset. They are looking to hire someone who is comfortable taking on HR strategy as well as being hands on with HR operations, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and more.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience working in HR in a small company/startup environment
- Previous management experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Systems savvy with strong analytical skills
