Contract Recruiter
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (Onsite 3 days/week)
Our client, a professional services firm in Boston, MA, is looking to hire a Contract Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for both technical & non-technical roles. This will be a 3-month assignment to start, with potential to extend based on business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently drive candidates through the entire hiring lifecycle while providing an excellent candidate experience
- Guide and coach hiring managers from job intake to candidate close
- Manage job postings and candidate activity in ATS
- Source passive talent through a variety of channels for evergreen and high-priority roles
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, including proven ability to fill technical roles
- Professional services experience strongly preferred
- Track record of successfully managing multiple reqs in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy, especially with ATS
- Strong communication skills
