Our client, a prominent consulting firm in the healthcare space, seeks a dynamic Director of Inclusion & ESG to join their team in NYC. The ideal candidate has excellent experience building out best-in-class processes in Inclusion and ESG that align with overall business goals. Additionally, this person will be developing metrics and reporting systems to track progress on ongoing initiatives, contributing to a cycle of continuous improvement. The ability to work with multiple vendors, as well as the ability to engage with senior leadership and drive meaningful change are characteristics that will allow someone to excel in this role. - Bachelors’ Degree, required.
- 7+ years of HR experience in ESG & Inclusion leadership roles.
- Professional services industry experience, strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The salary range for this role is $170k-$190k.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
