Our client, a prominent asset management company, is seeking a dynamic Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have experience processing payroll, administering benefits such as leave of absences, and open enrollment, while managing annual reporting and assisting with timesheets. - Associate’s degree and/or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business or related field, preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese, required.
- 2+ years of experience processing US payroll, required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, required.
The salary range for this role is $70k-$78k.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
