- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of HR experience.
- Proficient in HRIS, Paycom systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
The salary range for this position is $125k-$150k.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
