Our client, a prominent financial services firm is seeking a dynamic, engaging and highly motivated People Operations Manager to join their highly collaborative, hard-working NYC based team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-service benefits plans, implementing HRIS systems and managing data and reporting. They will also support compensation and process payroll and leaves of absence for their small and entrepreneurial organization. - Bachelor’s degree, required
- 5+ years of experience in human resource operations in a small-mid-sized financial or professional services organization is required.
- Strong knowledge of benefits, payroll, compliance requirements required.
- Strong analytical HRIS and reporting capabilities required as well as a strong process orientation.
- Experience working with outsourced global functions highly preferred.
The salary range for this role is $125k-$150k.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
