The ideal candidate possesses strong experience handling complex workplace investigations, as well as the ability to oversee performance management and administer leaves of absences. - Bachelors’ degree, required.
- 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in employee or labor relations.
- Prior experience facilitating training and conducting employee relations investigations.
- Knowledge of employment law to administer decisions regarding leaves, accommodations, workers compensation, and Title X violations.
The salary range for this role is $90k-$110k.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
